After UPS "Lost" a previously purchased PRECO from another Seller, it was good this one arrived safely. What a monster! Heavy! A fun addition to my Anything Kerosene Collection.   This purchase was very positive. The multi tool and attachments arrived a day late (USPS), at NO fault of the Seller. The packaging was reasonable with no visible damage. I communicated with Seller a couple of times and each time was positive, helpful, and with no delays in responses. The Sellers description and photographs of the tool were clear, sharp, and accurate. As far as the “value” this was a used tool, but showed little usage or abuse. It was was a very good value for the price.
