  The 5-6 F7 wood was new as described (in plastic wrap). This was a new club at basically an unbelievable price. The club was shipped very fast and was packaged very well (protecting the club). The seller communicated very well throughout the process. The club is a great club which came with the head cover as described as well. I would purchase from this seller in the future without hesitation. There really isn't anything negative I can say about this transaction. Thanks

  The first driver shaft that I ordered was delivered broken by the mail carrier. They acted very fast to replace it . Communication was very strong with this company. Very professional in every manner. Damage was not there fault I know and yet they still took ownership of the situation. So if there is ever any doubt in your mind from this seller put it aside you can count on them for fast shipping and very reliable products. Buy buy buy!!!! Don't hesitate to buy from this seller.   Item was exactly as described, new in plastic, headcover & wrench. Packaging was superb, including bubble wrap. Shipping was quick. Still in awe of the price, $170 cheaper than anyone elses clearance price. Could not be happier especially after taking it to the range today and just hammering shot after shot. One of the top 3 puchases i have ever made, and i’m talking 100’s!! Will def buy again.

  Cleveland-generated package arrived in good time but set contained two six-irons and no gap wedge. After a month of back-and-forth, with seller in the middle, I finally received the gap wedge. Seller had difficulty with Cleveland golf with whom the problem originated. The communication throughout the ordeal was great as I was apprised of the situation continually. The clubs were new as advertised and represented a substantial savings over the company website. I love these clubs.
