  Items are way too small for an 18” or 14.5. If you want one for a 14.5 then the 18” will fire. The smaller one is probably good for the 7.75 itty bitty baby but it’s just a guess. Out of the 100s of items I have purchased this was the only one That was not as described. I would still HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SELLER
