  Not the seller's fault but the intermediate shipper (wasn't customs because they label the outside of packages they open) absolutely BUTCHERED the packaging for this one, fortunately they didn't QUITE cut all the way through the bottle, somehow the dispensing tip ended up in 6 pieces though. Aside from that, item as described, arrived mostly intact.

  Lizzie (seller) was very fast to respond to a mistake I made when placing the order. She was super friendly and resolved the issue for me. These pipettes work well for what I need. It doesn't suck the liquid up to 10 ml & that is the only down side. I will just do 5 ml + 5 ml (or something similar). I need something long and that has no print on it, which this is. Mine are also accurately measured, meaning for ex: when it is at 5 ml, it is indeed 5 ml. Thank you, Lizzie!

  for a handful of years AA_I has been supplying me with quality goods. and this develop tank is just the thing for running TLC on glass strips. it only takes 1 - 2 ml of eluant for a run. ca 10 min. with pre-sat'n the atmosphere optional. beware tho of bumping the jar while working atop your lab counter. without some sort of bumper guard they will break. not the lid. but the cylinder , at the top. i taped one back together and it works ok. some '6K' glue wouldnt hurt.
