  The looked mostly okay from the top when I opened it, but the back, and sides were heavily damaged, and it's evident that no care was taken to package the heavy tankless water heater for transport. The shipping box was in good shape. The seller ghosted me when I said I had a bad back and wanted the item picked up. Then I requested a refund and Ebay ended up having to get involved because the seller simply didn't respond. Not as described / waste of time!

  $400 unit that wasn’t tested for functionality and sold a broken unit for full value. It arrived not functioning and I had to deal with getting a ride to drop it back off to FedEx to ship back, and now I’m waiting on the refund so I can purchase what I already bought yet another time and wait even longer for the shipping time on the replacement. I asked “was it tested?” And he said yes. Then he said it was only tested to power on; they checked nothing else, so NO the unit was not tested.
