  Product came in pixel box. Appeared to be brand new but I could never get it to charge. I contacted the seller but never got a response. I've been using eBay since the early 2000's. This might be my very first order the that I've encountered and experience. I would like a refund or a replacement if possible.

  Completely shipped the wrong product yet billed me for the product I tried to purchase. I ordered a DeWalt socket set which was printed on the pack slip, I received a mini JBL speaker. I sent numerous messages to seller, never heard a word back. I understand mistakes but struggle with lack of responsibility in making it right.
