  The item they sent me was very uncomfortable. At first it looked to be great quality but, after installing it. I was very wrong. I asked for a full refund and they refused to give me my refund. I settled for a 40 percent discount so that I wouldn’t lose out on all my money. definitely do not recommend this item to anyone in the motorcycle industry. Their customer service was absolutely horrible. I asked for a refund about 3-4 times and they kept beating around the bush. Very unhappy customer!
