  The item was as described cosmetically. It is in very good conditon, but it wouldn't initially play. On one system the game wouldn't boot up at all and on another system it showed bad pixelation and was unplayable. After cleaning the contacts with rubbing alcohol I was able to get the game to play correctly but the cotton swab I used was very dirty afterward. Based on my experience, not sure how accurate the tested part was in the initial description, but at least it's working for me now.
