    The quality of the rug is superb high quality. Condition is new the smell is that of a new rug. Great value money well spent. Appearance is as described. I would definitely purchase more rugs from this dealer. Communication was on point. They responded to all my questions timely. The rug is a beauty.

    I waited a month for my rug to show up and not worth the money. I’m unhappy with what I got for the price. The quality , the colors are different from the photo and whole rug looks off and the demotions of what I got are nothing like the photo shows.

    Beautiful rug, as pictured. FYI the blue background is a bit less navy (dark) than it looks, but it's still gorgeous. The rug arrived very well packaged, and when I opened it and unrolled it, I could feel that the whole thing was slightly damp and smelled musty. Once it was dried and cleaned, the smell was mostly gone. The only minor difficulty with this experience was the seller's English is not great, and I felt a bit pressured when he contacted me and asked me to give him a good rating.
