  Mostly an amazing experience! Great inventory and I liked the discounts on multiple orders. The only problem I had was one double feature I ordered only had one movie. The seller did automatically give me a partial refund which I assume was because of this! However there was no communication to that effect. Overall a great experience however!

  Curt and dismissive seller who blamed me when I was disappointed to receive incomplete disc sets due to them obscuring this info in the collapsed seller's notes of the listing. Rudely, and evidently sarcastically, told me they'd change the listing "for others like you who can't read" and have since done nothing to make it clearer that these discs do not come with DVDs. They do not care that their listing is unclear and they give attitude if you try to ask for even a partial refund because of it.

  The item in question has always stated in the condition description that we cannot guarantee the presence of bonus discs, DVD copies, or Digital Codes. The listings have now been updated to show the same statement multiple times to prevent confusion with other future buyers. I strive to deliver products as described in the condition description on all listings. This buyer was ultimately refunded for their order by ebay and was allowed to keep the product.
