  Shipping took longer than listed. Did not ship from location lists on post. Seller was exceptional for communications. Offered a discount for shipped error. The unit arrived very well package and crated. Was impressed! Setup was simple as we have had similar machines. It was dialed in for mirrors and focus which is huge! Tube alignment to your project.   This pump came exactly as described. I did have a small problem with it, and when I contacted the seller, I was not only given a full refund, but told I did not have to return the pump. It seems for the last few years you can buy two or three of the same item and one of them will come with something wrong with it or not quite as described, but it’s really refreshing to deal with someone that stands behind their products and makes them right. I would definitely buy from the seller again.

  Item arrived as described, but doesn't clean quite as well as I was hoping for. Arrived in a thin box, but packed with about 2 inches of hard foam on all sides, so was undamaged. Temperature markers on label are inaccurate, but the digital readout seems okay. Timer seems fine, and semi-wave and degas both work. Product: meh. Seller: fine.
