The general rule of thumb for buying on eBay is what you see in the photos is what you get. We did not falsely advertise that this item includes accessories, in the item listing the photos very clearly depicted a Juniper SRX300 router, and nothing else. We still accepted the return and paid shipping both ways, refunding the buyer completely, yet they still felt compelled to leave a bad feedback. Marksalmon1976 is just a bad customer.
