  Just as item describe made my kitchen pop, shipping was on schedule as expected, I will definitely purchase again.

  Seller sent unit without fragrance bottle included, promising to send replacement. They then claimed that *I* wasn't looking hard enough for the replacement package, which they claimed was delivered but the shipper they used didn't even have the address it was delivered to. Offered partial refund to buy the bottle locally but could provide no specs on it. I asked for a link to a similar bottle, instead they just send a whole new machine. With no bottle. Refund window closed. Incompetent!
