  Thank you for the feedback, but please STOP the misleading information here, we are working with UPS to resolve the issue immediately when we heard from you. why don't you mention that you cancel the signature on purpose and change the destination to the place nobody is there, we are doing business with human being, not Robot: for every shipment, there is a signature required to make sure the delivery is safe and complete, thanks for all the understanding.

  I think it might had a defect in shaft or something it looked like something cut it in half

  Thanks for the feedback, there is a common sense in the field: foreign object damage and shaft burnt are not the turbo defects and will avoid the warranty, 100% for sure, every qualified mechanic would know it, as a serious seller, we do hope all the buyers can agree on this common sense before placing an order with us, appreciated.

  Thank you for the feedback, we also had bad experience on the "client" who doesn't respect the product and service we provided; we carry 1 year warranty on the turbochargers, and there is also the common sense: foreign object damage and shaft burnt are not covered.
