  I ordered a specific model of glasses, but the seller sent a cheaper, older version. Seller refused the return, claiming no mistake was possible. I have photo proof from myself and the parcel forwarding company confirming the wrong item was sent. eBay reviewed the case and refunded me in full. I also reported the seller for abuse. Very disappointed and hope eBay takes action.
