  Contacted the seller upon tire installation, the tire had a bubble on the sidewall. Seller responded they would obtain another tire or provide a refund later that afternoon. Contacted seller three times over the following three weeks with no response. Eventually I had to contact Ebay to resolve issue and refund my money.

  They sent the wrong size tire. They acknowledged it but won’t give us a refund or send a return label. I am tired of fooling with them. Won’t ever buy from them again and posted for others to see. Once they realized it was their fault they shut down

  The item I received was supposed to be NOS, instead I received a used set of spark plug wires. I contacted the seller about this and didn’t receive a response for over a week. Once I did receive a response and provide ample supporting evidence it took another week to get another response stating they would send me a full refund for my purchase. That was three weeks ago and I have not received any response since. Thankfully it’s not a lot of money but disappointing customer service.
