    Bill is the best. Great communication and help. Knows his products. Takamine expert. Item packed well and shipped out quickly, perfect condition, and pre-tested. Bill included a detailed document he had written on how to get a good tone from the pre-amp, as well as a handmade tool for removing the pre-amp. Check out his helpful youtube videos.
