  I've spent over $100 with this seller and always give packing instructions. He says he ships 1,500+ orders with strong cardboard, but last time he used a thin mailer, and this time my item arrived bent. Instead of taking responsibility, he blamed USPS and implied I wanted compensation. His excuses are just words with no proof. Comes off polite, but his response showed his real character. His defensiveness said everything. No excuse or blame changes that a good seller would've made it right.
