  I was sent the wrong item. When I contacted the seller, they admitted to intentionally shipping the wrong item. They told me they knew it was wrong, but that was all they had. The seller didn’t help refund or replace the item. It was all on me when I asked for their help. I understand mistakes happen, but when a seller admits they sent the wrong item on purpose then ignores the customer and refuses to help, that isn’t right. I would not buy from this seller.

  I ordered as a birthday gift for my grandson as it said it was available and would ship in time for his party. Several days later it was cancelled with no explanation - out of stock possibly - but why list something if it is out of stock. They are saying to change my review as it was on back order but they did not tell me that - they cancelled the order and immediately refunded my money. I had to order from another shop and therefore did not have it in time to give to my grandson.
