I pointed out to the seller that the ad said a power cord was included and it was not. This seller responded and the cord arrived in a few days. Probably solved. The products are always professionally packed and always arrive safely with no delays. Highly recommended.

However, the item did not arrive with a power adapter, despite the mention of it in the listing. But the seller was very communicative, and sent the missing parts as soon as I alerted them. The shipping took a little while, but seeing as I bought it around Labor Day, It’s understandable.

This was a great value, great specs, and it has room for expansion. It came packaged very well, bubble wrap and lots of Styrofoam peanuts. It also was a speedy delivery. My daughter is happy and I only invested an additional $50 to get it in order. Thank you.
