  Shipment arrived in a timely manner. The cap I received was not as represented in the listing photos, and not what I was expecting. Photos of the cap and its plastic packaging suggest the cap is made in Austria. Description lists the country of manufacture as USA. The cap I received has no country of manufacture listed on the cap or packaging. I question if Mercedes Benz is sourcing gas caps from the USA, and if the cap I received is a real OEM Mercedes part or counterfeit in a fake bag.

  The gas cap was exactly as described. The cap was delivered earlier than expected. Packaging was outstanding. The cap can in a box that was then placed into another box that conceal what being delivered. This I love. I cannot say enough how that small action means so much. Fantastic seller.

  There was a problem with the cap not being authentic —it was actually fake . The seller promptly responded apologizing, and fully refunded the purchase price. He indicated he would be changing vendors and also offered a free replacement. Although it wasn’t as listed, the seller acted with integrity so I give positive feedback for that.
