    This product is excellent! I ordered and received my hearing aids, opened the package and found easy-to-use hearing aids and a brochure of instructions. No need to go online to know how the device works. When I called for help with adjustments, customer service took my call right away and sent me to their tech-support who answered all of my questions. The company was started using the technology invented by Mr. John Neher , now taken over by his sons Rich and Chris. Highly Recommended!
