  Seller was excellent to deal with and sent the item the next day after purchase. The item then got lost by the frieght company and still not delivered . I sent the seller a message to inform them of the issue and they immediately sent a replacement which arrived within 3 days. So i would highly recommend this seller to anyone wishing to buy from them.

  The item arrived and was as advertised and although the relay worked on my car it was not the relay I expected. Item was packaged properly and arrived on time and I have since found out that it was overpriced as I have recently bought the version of the device I was looking for, and was expecting, for a lot less money. Not the fault of the original seller but if I had known what relay was to come with the item I would not have made the purchase.

  I selected positive experience because I got what I ordered... but, I paid for express post and should have received it within three days. The seller contacted me and said he would have to order it in, it will take 9 business days. They offered to cancel the order but I continued with the order. They should not sell something they don't have in stock.
