I contacted AGM right away & they said they would help, I sent pictures of the phone & the information they requested, I have not heard back from them in 3 days. After July 31st, my old phone will no longer be supported, so now im going to be without a working phone until I get another one.

Has bonus ability to do very basic web browsing which is good for text only websites. Group messaging doesn’t work from what I can tell, but is otherwise a great device for me and digital detoxing
