  Ordered an unlocked Alcatel phone. Shipping was fast. Protective packaging was adequate. Item was used, but rated as a 9.5 out of a possible 10. (Close enough to how I would have rated it.) It was in unlocked condition as described. My service worked with it, so no issues there. I am happy with phone, and would look to them for my next phone. I felt great that they delivered what they advertised.

  I’m revising my previous negative comments, because I have decided to take up the product I’d earlier ordered as it is so that in future I’ll use it overseas. I’m gonna order another product that I will use here. Thanks for your help and advice. The seller ratings is five star merchant for the reason that, seller acted swiftly to acknowledge that the item is for overseas but not for local customers.
