  Thank you for the prompt postage of the item. However, although I understand it is not the seller's fault, the Evri delivery driver squished the box which was very clearly too big to fit into my letterbox, into my letterbox, breaking the box completely. He finally gave up trying to fit it into the letterbox and left it half hanging out and banged on the door. So the gift I bought for my daughter's birthday now looks like it has been stepped on. I contacted Evri but they said goback to seller.

  The item was not delivered by Royal Mail. The seller responded immediately when I informed them and offered me a refund which I accepted. The money was in my bank account within 2 days.

  a quick delivery, but sadly it was too small. It was a really nice jacket . Great communication with the seller. Asked for refund which was dealt with very quickly. Would recommend this seller.
