(We can ship faster if asked) The standard time for travel between us and you is at least 5 business days without delays. Your shipping charge was $4.80. The amount that we charge does not always cover the shipping cost but to keep things universal we offer flat rate shipping at $4.70 for ground advantage and anything over is on us.

However, the problem is that although the old and new packaging have the same shade names, the actual colors of the shades are drastically different. To include both versions of this product in the listing pictures without differentiating which version (shade) we will be receiving is deceptive. When I initiated a return, the seller messaged me and seemed very angry.
