    The laptop needed all of the OEM drivers installed in order for it to work properly. Took me 2 hours of downloading and installing them to get the laptop to recognize all the components. It also gave me an "Activate Windows" message. That should not have happened. Laptop is now working properly. The OEM drivers should have been installed during the refurbishing process.

    The charger cable has the wrong end on it. The instructions were written in pigeon English. The product works well.
