Welcome to AKRETRO. Big sale on soft toys right now so come and grab a bargain. We do try our best to ensure all items are cleaned and in the best condition as possible. Please read all descriptions and if you have any questions, please contact us before purchase. We do combine postage though there are times that due to the weight or height of items, we cannot. All our items are sent Tracked 48 via Royal Mail and we use a physical Post Office, not online so when you receive your tracking number, it means we have sent it. Postage is the price we charge and you will see that on the label when you receive your item, so we are not overcharging you- it is the price put out by Royal Mail. We do have a returns policy of 14 days after receiving items but buyer must pay postage to return it. If there is a problem with your item, please contact us before leaving feedback so we can sort out the issue. If you do leave unfair feedback before contacting us, we will report you.
