  shipping cost was good, Double padded envelope for packing. Exactly as described and pictured. real good value compared to new from Otis. My only problem was a complete lack of communication. I contacted them twice through Ebay and neither time would they reply.at all. If your confident in what your purchasing, go ahead. but the shear lack of communication. If you had a problem with an item getting ahold of them would be difficult at best. My opinion I can't say I would by from this seller again

  I was very worried that it wouldn’t be delivered on time for my trip so I asked the seller if I could pay for expedited shipping. The seller was quick to respond and told me it would be quite expensive to ship that way. I decided to go for normal shipping and just hoped that it would arrive on time, and the seller went not even 30 minutes after I ordered to drop it off at the post office allowing extra time for it to arrive! The item was fairly priced and in great condition as well!
