  Unfortunately the item was damaged in shipment, although Seller packaged it extremely well. Once notified, Seller immediately issued a full refund. Although disappointed to receive the item broken, Seller did everything to make the experience “right”. Highly recommend Seller!!

  Shipping was very fast! The packaging was adequate to keep the item safe in transit. The item was exactly as described, no odors or anything strange. I like the item it is not something I had seen, I think it was a reasonably good value for what I got. The item was well cared for it would seem and it will look really great with my other Coach bags/items. The seller also sent a message letting me know the item had shipped which I appreciated.

  Based off of my experience this is a TOP NOTCH SELLER! Highly recommended. I purchased a used air mattress but it arrived with a leak. Seller's communication was exemplary throughout, and he immediately offered up several other mattresses from which I could choose a replacement. I tried two different adhesives to repair the original mattress but with no luck. He promptly sent me the replacement I chose after testing it first, and it is just right. I am confident you won't regret doing business.
