  The bra is unsuitable for wear because of its poor quality and extensive wear and tear. The padded inserts are missing, and the bra doesn’t fit flatly due to the bent underwire. The value is not appreciated, and the underside of the bra, which is not pictured, clearly reveals the damage.

  I am sorry you had a problem with the item. I wish you had contacted me before leaving this feedback. I would have been happy to refund you completely for the item as I always do for my buyers. I had clear pictures of the item and never said it was new. Also there was not a bend in the wire before shipping and I never said there was padding. As soon as the item is returned I will refund you.
