  The seller was very responsive and communication was great. The item arrived on time and in perfect condition. However, I decided to return it after receiving a notice from eBay that it might be a recalled product. Since it was intended for my newborn, I felt uneasy about using it. The refund was processed quickly, and the seller informed me that I didn’t need to send the item back. Because of my concern, I chose not to use it, but overall the seller’s service was excellent.

  Fast deliver, precisely matching the description, of genuine product, which arrived in good order and was well packaged. There are plenty of fakes of this product on the market, but this seller is dealing in genuine product which I verified against detailed guides. Postage wasn't cheap, but Australian postage prices have gone up and packaging isn't free, so no complaints.

  Finally got the item that I’ve been waiting for a month an half .After lost or didn’t send, received a refund ,having to reorder the item thru this seller which also took 17 days to arrive .Ended up purchasing the same item from tool shop because I needed as soon as as possible .eBay is becoming un reliable
