  We ordered the items on August 1st. The package would be delivered between 8/5 and 8/12. By 8/11 we had heard absolutely nothing. It showed paid, was not shipped, had no tracking number. We contacted the seller and all of a sudden the next day we got a response that it was going to be shipped. It was obvious that the order was completely overlooked. They took the money but did not follow up with shipping until we contacted them. Not a very good business.

  Was not satisfied with the shipping time when posted 2 day priority shipping it took several days past the 2 day priority shipping and it took 7 days to receive the package and I received a tracking number that I couldn’t track and still shows in transit.

  The seller promised a delivery date and once the date arrived, I reached out to the seller to say that I haven't received my item. It was at that point that they responded and said that there was an issue with shipping and my order would arrive September 15th; 30 days after my original order! Unacceptable. Especially when this product is used during a critical time in the season. Even with the delivery time being pushed back, I decided to wait. Unfortunately, this company cancelled my order. smh
