  Il giorno dopo l'acquisto mi contatta il venditore per comunicarmi che il prodotto non era disponibile nel colore scelto. Mi propone una cover di colore differente o il rimborso. Scelgo il rimborso che tarda ad arrivare. Dopo aver chiesto informazioni per due giorni di fila, ma senza risposta alcuna, ho chiesto supporto a PayPal che ha risolto la situazione. Mi sarei aspettato una maggiore comunicazione da parte del venditore.
