  The listing was described as a 4 pack of HiccAway Straws. I only received two. I contacted the seller to please send the other two. They replied that the "4 Pack" should have been removed from the listing and offered a refund. This was an inconvenience on my part and left me with no product. I asked for a partial refund because I had only received half my order. They replied that a return was the best they could do and I was welcome to contact Ebay directly.

  The items were packed in an envelope and two of the bars were broken in shipment. I would recommend shipping them in a hard box. No skin reaction or allergies FTER USE.
