  Don’t use this seller. I ordered and got told would be between 13th-19th September. I need this for a gift for the 23rd. It’s now 1st October and I still haven’t received it or received any message back after messaging the seller twice!

  Necklace was lovely when it arrived. A shame it took 24 days to arrive after the shipping was only supposed to be a week to 10 days. Contacted seller who gave me AI responses just told me to be patient and got told the shipping was wrong and it will be longer. Bought for my sisters birthday so I expected it on time but 2 weeks late was a joke. A shame because final product was good. I understand it’s a hand made item, maybe change shipping times if you can’t get it out on time.
