  The Tiger was well wrapped, but the tail was broken off and tucked underneath the body, which could not have happened during shipping. I contacted the seller and immediately who refunded my money. He told me to keep the tiger and try and have it repaired, which I did, and it is cost prohibitive. It was for a very special birthday gift so naturally, I am extremely disappointed. However, the seller was very communicative throughout the entire process.

  The tiger was perfect when I shipped it as shown in pictures. I would NEVER do such a deceitful thing such as what this buyer has so wrongfully suggested. I did everything I could to protect the item but unfortunately it got broke in transit. I refunded all her money as soon as she emailed. I take pride in my business and it very wrong for you to give me a neutral
