  This seller is, without a doubt, the finest I have experienced in nearly 20 years on eBay. I ordered an expensive Trollbead necklace for my daughter’s birthday. The seller’s courier unfortunately delivered it to the wrong address and it was signed for by a person unknown. As soon as I informed the seller of the problem - they contacted the courier to start an investigation and sent a replacement necklace in time for my daughter’s birthday. They’ve gone above and beyond and I am so very grateful.

  I am over the moon with my dress. It arrived in time, I was notified all the way through. The dress is as described, the quality of the dress exceeded my expectations. Very well packaged and discreet. Very good value for money. Received a nice thank you card. Very pleased overall 😊

  Item as described. Issues with picking up from pick up point. The parcel didn't have a certain number on so the pick up point had to get in touch with Ebay and I had to go through security questions with them before the shop was able to get code to send me an email about it to actually be given it.
