  This seller did not send the backpack in the pictures that I purchased. Instead they sent me a smaller cheaper bag. I reached out to the seller and provided pictures and they did not respond back, nor did they give me a refund.

  An actual legit Tumi pack as advertised, unlike another purchase I made recently. While the seller is slow to ship - which they do describe in their listings - once they do ship, it arrived quickly and before the estimated date. Good eBayer!!
