  Everything arrived as it should, just a note, if you bought the Crimson trays for the Kimber K6s, it didn't come with directions for the actual device, just for the series in general, anyways, there is a switch a very small one on the bottom of the grip and you have to make sure it's on . Otherwise you'll do what I did and think it's defective . Very intuitive design the actual grip and laser.
