  I believe this head is counterfeit. The genuine heads give a close, smooth, comfortable shave, which this absolutely does not. Looking at videos that show how to tell the real ones from the fake, this one looks like a fake. Very disappointed.

  I placed an order and paid for this item on May 6th. It's been 8 days and the item hasn't shipped. I sent several messages to the seller for an update on the status of my order but received no response. I cant cancel the order or request a refund. At this point I'll probably have to dispute the charge with my credit card. I'm not sure what the issue is, but the description advertised that items ship within 24 hrs of an order being placed. False advertising and no communication from seller.
