  Description noted that the item was in "excellent condition" but when received the item I was disappointed on its condition. However, the seller offered a partial refund and ask me to keep the item. I guess I'll be donating item to my kids and buy a new one for my personal collection.

  I’m sure they are very excellent seller, their feedback from other buyers are excellent but the item I ordered was unavailable after 3 days from the date I purchased it, in which I was fully refunded, but I did lose other opportunity to purchase the same item from other sellers. They can definitely be trusted, and I would buy from them again.
