  Alot of the bottles where empty I expected one or two to leak but not a bunch, the bottles intact are good quality but definitely disappointed with the amount of empty bottles. Good value for what you get minus the empties.

  Hi. It was not possible to actually issue your item due to the courier adding restrictions on liquids for shipment. So actually, you never received the item in the first place. Based on this, I have no idea how you could even comment on such an item when it was not received from yourself

  Hi. Thanks for your feedback. I do apologise that the item we had in stock was not the colour you required. Although I do appreciate your comments, to say it was 'not good quality is misleading', due to the fact that you took the decision not to receive the item, and therefore cannot make a judgement on the item's quality. You were refunded appropriately before receiving the item. Again, apologies it didn't work out this time around. Please do not hesitate to check in again in the future
