  Initial package was damaged by USPS - small hole in bubble-pak envelope - and the screw fell out. I emailed the seller and received a reply within 30 minutes stating a replacement would be mailed out the same day - EXCELLENT response! The new shipment was also in a bubble-pak envelope which was also damaged by USPS. This time the seller put the screw in a small ziplock baggie which prevented loss. Great customer service! Awesome Seller !!

  Roman marine salvage gave outstanding customer service item was as described and was what the pictures showed. How ever the shipping co. dropped my item and broke the cavitation plate off. i contacted roman marine salvage and they were on top of the situation and wasted no time resolving the issues i have another unit on the way as we speak. If i could give them ten stars i would. Highly recommend them for you first choice. They put the customer first no questions asked.

  Seller was very helpful, supportive and accommodating when the USPS lost/waylayed the package for an exceedingly long time (over 2 weeks.) I recommend this seller 5 stars (but not the USPS, 2 stars.) Thank you for being good at what you do.

  Item arrived quickly and was well packaged, items appears to be in good condition as described although I have not had time to verify that is is functional. As of now I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again :)
