  The Longchamp tote I received was not in the "great" condition described, "fair" would have been more accurate. The leather has scuffs, wear, and flaws not disclosed or shown in the photos. The interior is noticeably dirty with stains. As for shipping, it was carelessly packaged, just tossed in a box that arrived crushed and falling apart. For the price I expected better transparency and care. I rarely feel buyers remorse on eBay, but this one left me disappointed and regretting the purchase
