  Good seller, we had little problem but seller got it fixed very soon! Product came all the way from Japan in only few days! Only problem they $300 game was send with just little protection and in and envelope, well seller made it right and I’m sure it was just a mistake, every one can do mistakes, but good sellers are the ones who take responsibility and fixed the problem! The game was working after a big scare because the case was broken, but game works ok now ans can play this awesome game!

  This seller is very good. We purchased from them several times. There was incorrect tracking #, so seemed still waiting for item. Seller promptly corrected tracking number and solved problem. This seller is one of best we have dealt with. I was upset with other sellers as for my 40 purchases from other sellers, 2 sellers (not this one) sent defective junk items, and 9 sellers renege on sale didn t have item and try blame me. (not this seller). I recommend this seller as honest & good.

  The quality of the product was in poor condition. If I were the seller, I would not have described this item as 'Very Good' The cardboard cover is in poor condition & the plastic case was cracked. Very disappointing having waited for it to come from Japan to the UK. Though I will add the communication was very good re shipping - was fast. Overall a waste of time - I would suggest to this seller to re-evaluate his descriptions (I'd be rightly embarrassed if it was myself)
