My messages to the buyer were not rude and had not been reviewed by eBay. If a human had read the messages they would have removed the negative feedback. Buyer made inflammatory statements that were untrue with the intent of doing irreparable damage to my eBay business. The description was precise and the photos were descriptive of the item I sold. None of the correspondence sent to the buyer was rude or misleading.
