When I got the order there was only one set of ornaments. I contacted the seller and they got back to me right away. I provided the info that they needed and they sent out another set of ornaments. I received the second set on 10/25. .The figures are very cute and made well. Very unique. I bought a set for me and my neighbor cause we both have pets. I know that I will display them year-round. In all honesty, the reason I confused the order was that this tree was advertised as a bare-root, and it came as a fully leafed tree. In a sense, it got confused with the other because it arrived in better condition than advertised—in the state that I expected the other seller's tree (which arrived dying) to arrive in. I'm so sorry if I caused refund confusion.
