  Item as described and well-packaged. However, shipping was significantly delayed. I had to reach out before the item was sent, and although I was told it shipped that day, tracking showed the label was only created the following day. Possibly a personal issue caused the delay, but clearer communication would have helped.

  Bought this Kitchen Aid mixer to be sent to my son and two days after purchase they let me know it wasn’t working and I could have a refund. Received refund 5 days later but lost $22 due to buying a warranty on the mixer!
